Our Story

After two decades of working in business development and digital marketing, our founder Patricia Cruz ventured into the unknown and started her own company.  

PHI CHI PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY was formed in 2016.  

Since then, the one-woman team has grown into a company. The work has evolved into interior fit-outs of both commercial and residential spaces.   To date, our team has worked with a myriad of clients, IT start-ups, and established brands alike.  We have also collaborated with design professionals -architects and interior designers in transforming bare spaces into our client’s dream space.

in 2021, we pivot once more.  We have incorporated and our name is now PHI CHI PROJECTS INC. with a brand name STUDIO CHI.
